Falls short
Rated with 2 out of 5 stars.
There are lots of good eco-friendly dishwasher products out there, but this isn't one of them. After a good experience of ecoBLU rinse aid, I thought I would give this a try. However, after several washes of everyday use, I found that the recommended dose (and even a bit higher) doesn't remove:
* Cooked egg
* Grease
* Tea stains
* Dried lentils
* Porridge
Other products on sale at Biolindo all tackle the above with no sweat on the same programme, so I couldn't recommend ecoBLU for anything other than very low intensity glass washing. Sorry.Was this rating helpful? (2) (0)
Good but not perfect for me
Rated with 4 out of 5 stars.
At first it worked perfectly for me, but lately I have noticed the washing results have not been as perfect as I expect. It's not that the dishes are not clean, but the glasses sometimes are left with white markings when you look closely at them under light. However, please note that I'm very perfectionist when it comes to my dishes being clean, I even inspect them with a flashlight to make sure they are 100% clean and clear lol. :D I would say it's effective but not the most effective eco product I have tried, since it does not always get the glasses as perfectly shiny as washing tablets often do. It has however not left any food residue on my dishes. I like the ingredients list in that is does not seem to have any toxic or harmful ingrediets, the only thing I don't personally like is that it has perfume, and with non-specified ingredients, but that is of course largely a matter of preference. If you prefer your washing products with perfume I would say the product is worth a try. The product seems to have an ICEA natural cosmethics certificate and some other certificates. This also means the perfume ingredient mentioned earlier should be of natural origin. However, I personally wish the product had an cruelty free certificate, like leaping bunny, and am disappointed by that the manufacturer has no mention whatsoever about this issue (animal testing or animal rights) on their website.
